Payment of Entry Fees

Please fill out the Polly Bond Payment Form. If paying online, “Add to Cart” the correct number of General Excellence and Regular Entry submissions and use Google checkout to process payment. If paying by check, make copies of all Polly Bond Entry Confirmation Emails and put in an envelope with your payment. Make check payable to Episcopal Communicators and mail to Bill Slocumb:

No entries will be forwarded to the judges until your payment has been made.

1. Click the blue "Add to cart" button for award or combo of awards(s) you are entering:

   -    General Excellence Entries

   -    For First Regular Entry

   -    For 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc Entries

2.  Then fill out the amount of entries in the square cells in the light blue "View Cart" box in top right corner.

*** If you are entering multiple Regular Entry, will have to put "1" next to Regular First Entry, then the "#" of entries next to "2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc).  See Example below for 6 entries.

 3.  Click the Blue "Checkout" button, which will lead to credit card.
