The headlines these days are full of news of natural disasters. The nature of the disasters themselves may differ, but the headlines are also full of stories of churches and dioceses responding, both to those they care for and their community neighbors.

Episcopal Communicators and Episcopal Relief & Development invite you to join us on May 28 at 2pm (ET), when Katie Mears, Senior Technical Specialist, US Disaster & Climate Risk for Episcopal Relief & Development, shares considerations and best communications practices for any emergency, including prior to the event, during the emergency, and in the days and weeks that follow. Tools and resources available to you will also be shared, as well as ways churches can respond, whether to damage incurred or to the needs of affected communities.
